I've had a read through the linden manual, and to me it seems to work mostly by you taking control of your own illness. eg, not to use drugs as a crutch, and getting into the right frame of mind to tackle it. I dont know how wise that is myself, i guess it depends on the scale of your smptoms. I must admit when i read the manual, it did give me a bit more insight, and a bit more courage to work out for myself what is going on with me. I guess with something like this, its a very personnel experience linked to your own strenghts and weaknesses. Anyway, go take a look at the link, i'm sure someone will email you the manual
