I just took the instructions from a medical journal, and taped them, until I could do them myself by memory.
At the "tool box" tab at the top of the forum(if you're registered), you can go to auxillary sessions, under PMR(progressive muscle relaxation), and tape that.
I'm sure the local library has books and ebooks, which you could speak into, and tape too, as well as cd's you could borrow, and purchase privately later.
You'll see the simple premise, which is easy to follow.
I do it for a long time, then I forget, and don't sleep well, and start all over again.
Having sound sleep and energy to deal with our challenges is a good step towards health!
